The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and continuously improving the facility sanitation program to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards. This role provides direct leadership to the sanitation team and works cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Safety departments to ensure the facility consistently meets CFIA, HACCP, GMP, and internal sanitation requirements. The Sanitation Supervisor maintains a strong floor presence and is accountable for sanitation execution across all production areas and shifts. This position plays a critical role in supporting food safety, operational efficiency, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
