Responsible for monitoring all CIP systems, bulk chemical handling systems, and all related sanitation related programs for the company. Responsible for making all changes and updates to CIP and other sanitation related programs. Submit and monitor all work orders on these systems and track them to completion. Responsible for the inventory, tracking, and budget for all chemical expenditures. Responsible to oversee and participate in the training for employees and to confirm that all materials, including MSDS, are up to date and relevant. Run and analyze all required reports and perform audits of systems, procedures, and practices of CIP systems. Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety & Quality. Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations. Comply with Safe Quality Foods (SQF) food safety and quality standards. Perform all other duties as assigned.
