About The Position
Hershey Creamery Company is currently accepting resumes from persons interested in joining our cleaning and sanitation crew. This is a NON JANITORIAL POSITION. Consistent Schedule - This position is 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to approximately 1:00am or completion. Consistent Overtime Pay – Average 40-50 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours. Starting wage of $23.82 / hour ; increased to $24.42 after 60 days of positive performance -- $36.63/hour per OT Hour
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with cleaning and sanitation of food processing equipment within the food and beverage industry preferred
- Must be able to walk and/or stand the majority of the shift
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks
Responsibilities
- Maintaining sanitation of food processing equipment including CIP systems and hand cleaning.
- Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.
- Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Other responsibilities as they are assigned.
