About The Position

Nesco Resource is hiring a Sanitation Operator to clean and sanitize production equipment in a manufacturing or regulated production environment. The role requires working with cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures, and dismantling and reassembling equipment. The operator must follow cGMP, safety, and SOP requirements and be able to work independently in wet, humid, and slippery conditions. Schedules listed are mid shift, 11:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m., and second shift, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Overtime may be needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sanitation or industrial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Experience working with cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to clean, sanitize, dismantle, and reassemble production equipment.
• Comfortable working in wet, humid, and slippery environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow cGMP, safety, and SOP requirements.
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• English/Spanish bilingual ability.
