About The Position

As a Sanitation Operator, you will be responsible for the general clean-up of the entire facility, which is a food processing facility. This includes production common areas, bathrooms, offices, QC/R&D Labs, and warehouse areas. Requirements

HS Diploma or GED
Must be mechanically inclined
Ability to use various types of cleaning equipment such as brooms, mops, floor scrubbers, and buckets
Ability to read procedures and safety information in English

Nice To Haves

Previous sanitation experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Facility cleaning (common areas, halls, and traffic areas, building exteriors, warehouse) following a master sanitation schedule and documenting as required
Cleaning of all Restrooms (production and office restrooms), keeping supplies stocked
Cleaning of all Break rooms, stocking supplies as required
Cleaning of QC/R&D Labs, and office areas
Maintaining ground free of trash, debris & dirt
Removal of cobwebs, insects etc. throughout facility
Maintain housekeeping and sanitation of areas according to company GMPs and SOPs. Maintain required documentation
Maintenance requirements (change light bulbs, AC filter change, vent cleaning, etc.) as scheduled on sanitation schedule
Other duties as assigned
