The Sanitation Operator is responsible for performing audits to ensure CIP and sanitation processes meet quality standards, completing Master Sanitation items, and operating CIP equipment using HMI skills. This role involves sanitizing and CIPing all areas in the Mayo and Gourmet Department with minimal supervision. The operator will utilize the Digital Production System (Redzone) for tracking downtime, completing quality compliance documents, and communicating with support functions. Safety is paramount, requiring adherence to all safety procedures, participation in training, and immediate reporting of any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions. The position also supports Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), understands and follows the emergency action plan, and ensures the production of food-safe, quality products that meet or exceed specifications and regulatory requirements. Other duties may be assigned.
