About The Position

The manager identifies and obtains necessary resources, applies policies and procedures, and makes informed decisions using data and evidence. They review customer-focused data to adjust performance and promote associate efforts to exceed customer expectations. Requirements

  • 2 years’ supervisory experience OR 2 years’ experience in warehouse or manufacturing plant sanitation.
  • 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Researches and analyzes the root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns.
  • Conducts performance reviews of sanitation associates and provides recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
  • Identifies and communicates goals and objectives, building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
  • Acts as a liaison for the field, providing guidance for the execution of operations and addressing performance-related issues.
  • Identifies best practices and advises teams on adoption and implementation.
