About The Position

The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and its equipment, supply management for the department to reduce/control cost. They will implement employee safety and food safety initiatives, manage a small hourly employee crew, and foster a supportive work environment. This role supports company policies and procedures to drive excellence.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent or minimum 5 years sanitation experience
• Understanding of basic sanitation operations
• Chemical safety knowledge
• Inventory management knowledge
• Mechanical skills
• Mathematical skills
• Data documentation
• Organization and multitasking skills
• Communication skills
• 7 steps of sanitation
