About The Position

The Sanitation Manager is responsible for implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. This role involves monitoring and managing productivity through business reports, maintaining quality and safety standards, and identifying and resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns. The manager will also supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training needs. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of belonging, attracting and retaining talent, and acting with integrity and transparency. The Sanitation Manager will also focus on serving customers by delivering results and making data-driven decisions, while striving for excellence through continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ supervisory experience OR 2 years’ experience in warehouse or manufacturing plant sanitation.
  • 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
  • Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, and monitoring associate compliance.
  • Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or make recommendations.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling policies and procedures, and identifying training and development needs.
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, and create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
  • Attract and retain the best talent, empower and develop talent, and recognize others' contributions and accomplishments.
