About The Position

3rd Shift Sanitation - Laborer De Queen Arkansas Pilgrim’s wants YOU to join our hourly production team! Positions start at $19.15 / hour for 3rd shift Sanitation plus an attendance bonus if qualifications are met of $2.75 per hour. We are looking for candidates with good employment history that will fit and grow with our team.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Prefer previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing production areas
• Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
