About The Position

AGP is seeking a dynamic sanitation worker at our Eagle Grove, IA location. This entry level position is responsible for the general clean-up, sanitation, and handling of processing materials. Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is a cooperative that processes, sells and transports soybeans, grains, and related products. Our organization has become one of the largest soybean processing cooperatives in the world and our processing plants process soybeans that can be used in a variety of products such as animal feed, vegetable oil, and fuels. Requirements

• Willing and able to work rotating day shifts, night shifts and weekends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand manufacturing standards and specifications.
• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Must be able to write legibly.
• Basic math skills.
• Takes initiative.
• Team player.
• Able to understand and follow safety procedures and other instructions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitary standards for process areas and outside work areas
• Handle any processing materials and supplies required of the operation
• Keep all loading and unloading areas to sanitation standards as directed
• Train to perform the Utility and Material Handler position
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
