Sanitation Labor - 3rd Shift - Warren, MI
About The Position
This position is responsible for non-skilled sanitation labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position starts at $22.10 or $22.75 for Sanitation 3rd Shift/hr. Full 40 hours are not guaranteed. 3rd Shift hours: 8pm-6am. Eligible candidates need to be able to work the weekends. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
Requirements
- Must be able to write legibly.
- Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
- Must be willing to learn how to use lockout / tag out procedures and chemical safety equipment.
- Must be able to work well with a team.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must be willing to work in a cold extreme environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Team Member has to be minimum 3 months with the company.
- TMs attendance equal to or less than 4 points.
- No Written Warnings with Suspension within the three (3) months prior to the transfer request.
