About The Position

This position is responsible for non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Functions include maintaining and promoting the Tyson safety culture, receiving training as required, and performing various positions as required/assigned. This is a 12-hour shift role with hours from 7pm to 7am.

Requirements

• Must be able to write legibly and perform simple mathematical functions
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions
• Must be able to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively
• Must be able to work well with a team
• Must be able to work Weekend and overtime when needed
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to work on your feet for a period of 8-12 hours in a cold or hot environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior Tyson Workers: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
