About The Position

This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. The role involves performing routine and non-routine cleaning duties across various areas of the facility to maintain sanitary conditions and a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities cleaning, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine cleaning duties across offices, general plant areas, break rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms, working under regular guidance.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker areas, and breakroom equipment including microwaves and refrigerators to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Mop floors and vacuum mats and carpeted areas to maintain cleanliness and reduce safety hazards.
• Clean windows and screens following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Stock and replenish breakroom and common-area supplies such as utensils, plates, and cups.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Perform additional facilities or housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Perform other sanitation or facilities-related duties as assigned.
