About The Position

The Sanitation Associate attends to Trulieve facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The role requires working knowledge of sanitation principles, equipment, and chemicals, and helps maintain a clean and orderly environment for employees and guests. The associate works under sanitation, edibles, and quality assurance management to follow sanitation plans, procedures, training, and cleaning schedules.

Requirements

Proven sanitation experience in a food production or food service environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and quickly while maintaining quality.
Ability to work with little to no supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented, friendly manner.
Flexibility to assist other departments.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including lifting and carrying at least 50 pounds and working in varied conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

Use chemicals and sanitation equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
Follow sanitation plans, procedures, and training under the direction of Sanitation, Edibles, and Quality Assurance management.
Follow cleaning schedules and maintain supply usage and quantity logs.
Collaborate with edibles production and quality assurance to complete cleaning tasks adequately and on time.
Notify superiors of damages and disturbances.
Follow health and safety rules and remain aware of company practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
