Requirements

  • Proven sanitation experience in food production/food service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, must work efficiently and quickly while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and friendly.
  • Strong attention to detail and MUST have flexibility when it comes to helping other departments.
  • SERV Safe certificate preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
  • Exhibiting a working knowledge of all sanitation principles, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Creating a clean and orderly environment for our guests/employees.
  • Chemical use, safety procedures and equipment use.
  • Following sanitation plans, procedures, and training, as necessary.
  • Following cleaning schedules and maintaining supply usage as well as quantity logs.
  • Collaborating with edibles production and quality assurance to ensure cleaning tasks are completed adequately and on time.
  • Notifying superiors of any damages and disturbances.
  • Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and being aware of any company-related practices.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
