Requirements

Proven sanitation experience in food production/food service environment.
Strong attention to detail, must work efficiently and quickly while maintaining quality.
Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and friendly.
Strong attention to detail and MUST have flexibility when it comes to helping other departments.
SERV Safe certificate preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

Attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
Exhibiting a working knowledge of all sanitation principles, equipment, and chemicals.
Creating a clean and orderly environment for our guests/employees.
Chemical use, safety procedures and equipment use.
Following sanitation plans, procedures, and training, as necessary.
Following cleaning schedules and maintaining supply usage as well as quantity logs.
Collaborating with edibles production and quality assurance to ensure cleaning tasks are completed adequately and on time.
Notifying superiors of any damages and disturbances.
Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and being aware of any company-related practices.
Performing all other duties as assigned.
