About The Position

Your primary role will be making beautiful, delicious sandwiches and wraps. There is always something to do in our commercial kitchen and you will be able to assist in a variety of ways!
Requirements
- Has experience in a commercial kitchen
- Has a great work ethic and is very productive
- Has a current Oregon food handlers card
- Is a team player and willing to learn
- A self starter and self manager, always looking for where they can help
- Can stand for long periods of time
- Can lift and carry items up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
Nice To Haves
- Baking experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Produce high quality sandwiches and wraps with great products and keep shelves full.
- Use appropriate techniques to achieve high quality products
- Assist in the kitchen as directed by Kitchen Supervisor on a variety of tasks
- Able to follow recipes and produce consistent, visually enticing items.
- Plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently, timely, while still being flexible to change if needed
- Know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Safe knife skills
