About The Position

This position is responsible for entry-level, non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet production deadlines.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing to be cross-trained and moved to other areas as needed.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stretch, bend, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat, and reach throughout the workday.
• Must be able to lift, push, and carry 15 to 50 pounds, depending on the assigned area.
• Must be able to stand on hard floors for 8 to 12 hours per day.
• Must be able to work in extreme hot or cold environments ranging from 50°F to 120°F.

Nice To Haves

• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in assigned production departments.
