About The Position

Flour Bakery + Cafe is looking for exceptional sandwich makers for their growing team. This is a great position for experienced line cooks or prep cooks. As a sandwich maker, you'll prepare sandwiches with speed and accuracy, while engaging with guests and delivering excellent hospitality. This is a part-time position and requires the availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements

Must have the availability to work at least 3-4 shifts, 20 hours a week, including at least 1 weekend day.
At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment
Must be able to maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
Applicants must be enthusiastic, hard-working, possess strong guest service skills, and be comfortable working in a professional open-kitchen environment.
Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, sit, push, pull, reach, and lift < 50 lbs. without assistance
Ability to operate equipment such as ovens, grills, knives and other kitchen equipment and utensils
