About The Position

Flour Bakery + Cafe is looking for exceptional sandwich makers for our growing team! This is a great position for experienced line cooks or prep cooks. As a sandwich maker, you'll prepare sandwiches with speed and accuracy, while engaging with guests and delivering excellent hospitality.

Requirements

Availability to work at least 3-4 shifts, 20 hours a week, including at least 1 weekend day.
At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
Ability to maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
Enthusiastic, hard-working, possess strong guest service skills.
Comfortable working in a professional open-kitchen environment.
Self-motivated and thrives in a fun, positive, fast-paced team environment.
Minimum commitment of 1 year for FOH Sandwich Maker position.
Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, sit, push, pull, reach, and lift < 50 lbs. without assistance.
Ability to operate equipment such as ovens, grills, knives and other kitchen equipment and utensils.

Follow assembly instructions and recipes accurately and thoroughly to ensure each sandwich is consistently delicious.
Deliver consistently great hospitality by engaging guests with a smile, treating them with kindness, and finding the correct answers to any questions they may have.
