About The Position

The Sandwich Artist is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience by recommending premium sandwich options and displaying a willing and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and co-workers. This role involves performing duties at various stations as detailed in the Operations Manual, including cross-training in different job functions.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to deal with many different types of people.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Successfully performs duties at assigned stations as detailed in the Operations Manual.
• Becomes cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed.
• Makes sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
• Uses a POS system/cash register.
• Slices vegetables and performs other food preparation tasks.
• Washes dishes, wipes tables, countertops, and chairs.
• Sweeps the floor in the work area.
• Accounts for cash and product.
• Performs cash-ins required at each shift.
• Takes inventory.
• Performs other job-related tasks as required.
