About The Position

The Sandwich Artist's job purpose is to ensure a high-quality customer experience by recommending premium sandwich options and displaying an enthusiastic attitude towards customers and co-workers. This role involves performing duties at various stations as outlined in the Operations Manual, including cross-training in different job functions. Key responsibilities include excellent customer service, handling diverse customer interactions, preparing sandwiches, salads, and wraps, operating a POS system, food preparation such as slicing vegetables, cleaning tasks like washing dishes and wiping surfaces, sweeping floors, managing cash and product inventory, performing cash-ins at shift end, taking inventory, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Other related tasks may also be assigned.
