About The Position

The Sandwich Artist ensures a high-quality customer experience by serving customers enthusiastically and recommending higher-priced options such as double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches. The role involves working at assigned stations according to the Operations Manual, becoming cross-trained in stations as directed, preparing food, operating a POS system or cash register, and maintaining cleanliness. The position also includes accounting for cash and product, completing required cash-ins at each shift, taking inventory, and performing other related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Recommend double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches.
• Display a willing and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• Perform duties at assigned stations as detailed in the Operations Manual.
• Become cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed.
• Make sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
• Use a POS system or cash register.
• Slice vegetables and perform other food preparation.
• Wash dishes and wipe tables, countertops, and chairs.
• Sweep the floor in the work area.
• Account for cash and product.
• Complete required cash-ins at each shift.
• Take inventory.
• Perform other job-related tasks as required.
