About The Position

CC Holdings Group is seeking friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join their growing team as Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR team members for their Shapiros location at the Indianapolis International Airport. Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass.
MUST HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE.
Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to all grooming standards.
Knowledge of food service procedures, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to assist with additional tasks when needed.

Nice To Haves

Prior sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls while following recipes and adhering to Nature’s Table standards.
Processing cash, debit, and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale system.
Balancing cash drawers and making change.
Delivering excellent customer service.
Setting up stations according to café guidelines.
Preparing food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
Following portion control and presentation standards.
Restocking items throughout shifts as needed.
Cleaning and maintaining stations while practicing proper sanitation and safety procedures.
Understanding proper equipment use and maintenance.
Accommodating guests with food allergies or intolerances.
Ensuring food safety through proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Working efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Following all cash handling procedures accurately.
Assisting with financial accountability by recording orders, handling payments, and balancing cash drawers.
Thanking customers and encouraging repeat business.
Acting as a positive role model for staff and customers.
Assisting with training new barista/cashier team members.
Working collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrating strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Promoting products, services, and special promotions through suggestive selling.
