About The Position

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in sanding, painting, or finishing wood products.
- Knowledge of paint types, application methods, and surface preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Sand wood surfaces to prepare for painting, staining, or finishing.
- Apply paints, stains, lacquers, or other finishes evenly and accurately.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects.
- Maintain and clean sanding and painting equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment appropriately.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals.
