About The Position
Tindall Corporation is a leading Precast Concrete Manufacturer with locations throughout the Southeastern U.S. Our mission is to support our customers, create remarkable structures, and deliver never-before-seen solutions every step of the way. This role involves applying sandblast treatments to concrete members according to customer specifications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Apply sandblast to sample panel as directed by Supervisor.
- Sandblast process includes various chemicals and materials such as; sand, acid wash, and/or sealers.
- Consult with Supervisor, Plant Manager, Sales Staff, etc. to match sandblasted panel to customer’s requirements.
- Apply light, medium, or heavy sandblast to flat panels, spandrels, columns, etc. and match sandblast to customer’s requirements and expectations.
- Apply dry finish to concrete members during periods of inclement weather or when sandblasting is not scheduled.
- Wash retarder of members with exposed aggregate finish.
- Perform patching on architectural product.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.
