About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Sandblaster to support production for a company that manufactures components used in the pipeline industry. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing metal surfaces for coating and finishing.

Requirements

• Previous sandblasting or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication is a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable working in dusty and noisy conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal components such as pipe, fittings, and valves.
• Remove rust, mill scale, coatings, and surface contaminants.
• Ensure surfaces meet specifications for coating and finishing.
• Load and unload materials using proper handling techniques.
• Inspect parts before and after blasting for quality.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.
