About The Position

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sandblaster to join their team. The Sandblaster is responsible for the daily operation of sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, and prepare parts for finishing. This role includes performing basic machine maintenance, routine cleaning, and following safety procedures to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. The Sandblaster inspects parts for quality, maintains a clean work area, and supports production goals while adhering to all safety standards. HPAG is a leader in the growing automotive aftermarket industry and supports a collaborative environment. The company is located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility.

Requirements

Must be 18 or over.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to be self-motivated, assertive, and responsive to Company metrics.
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
Strong judgement to be able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Must be detail oriented.
Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Ability to commute/relocate to Chandler, AZ 85286.

Previous Sandblast Experience is a plus but not a must.
Willing to train the right candidate, that is reliable, has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
