Requirements

• Sandblasting experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and surface quality
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of safety practices in industrial settings

Responsibilities

• Operate abrasive blasting equipment on stainless steel components
• Clean, polish, and prepare surfaces for food-grade applications
• Inspect materials and select the right blasting techniques
• Ensure consistent finishes, texture, and quality standards
• Follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines
• Track work completed, materials used, and time spent
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to meet deadlines
