Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and Fit for Work physical (may include medical card for driving).
Valid documentation for I-9 verification.
Minimum age of 18 due to work environment requirements.
Readiness to wear PPE and always follow OSHA/MSHA protocols.

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in aggregate production or a related industry preferred.
Drive and flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions, including travel, overtime, nights, weekends, and varying weather.

Responsibilities

Oversee safe, efficient, and productive operations of our sand plant site, setting the standard for operational excellence.
Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team—recruiting top staff, assigning roles, and fostering a positive work environment built on trust and continuous learning.
Drive results by analyzing operational data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing cost-saving, efficiency-boosting initiatives.
Champion safety by collaborating with the Safety Department, identifying and correcting hazards, and ensuring full compliance with all company and regulatory policies.
Maintain plant assets, oversee site rehabilitation and beautification projects, and ensure facilities are in prime condition.
Strategically plan and direct mine and pit operations, optimizing site performance while maintaining environmental stewardship.
Manage budgets, approve time records, and ensure all required personnel and resources are in place for current and future needs.
