About The Position

The sandblasters duties would include sandblasting, keep the sandblaster cleaned out and work on all phases of the paint department as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds as needed
• 1 year of industrial Experience
• Relevant combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of industrial experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Learn the safe operation of the sand blasting area
• Perform sand blasting in a safe and efficient manner
• Keep your work areas cleaned up
• Dispose of trash in the and the facility weather in trash receptacles or around loose.
• Perform required workplace and equipment pre-shift inspections
• Clean out Sand Blaster to keep the operations going without delay.
• Do any loader work that needs done at the operation
• Do any assigned work to the best of your ability and training
• Perform required workplace and equipment pre-shift or post-shift inspections
• Tell the Foreman and Manager of safety hazards
