About The Position

2020 Companies has partnered with Samsung Electronics America to hire a full-time Market Sales Manager. This role is for a sales professional with a passion for technology and building rapport. The manager will develop and execute customized sales strategies to maximize sales success within their assigned market. As the face of Samsung, the manager will directly engage with consumers, showcase innovative technologies, transform product demonstrations into captivating experiences, ignite consumer enthusiasm, and drive sales growth. The position involves delivering exceptional sales performance by achieving and exceeding market sales targets through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. It also requires identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, proactively approaching customers, and converting their interest into purchases. The manager will analyze sales data to optimize strategies, proactively engage consumers by listening to their needs and tailoring recommendations, and create positive customer experiences to foster brand loyalty. A deep understanding of Samsung's entire Digital Appliance product line, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, is essential. The role also includes scheduling and facilitating sales and product training with front-line store associates and managers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions, and completing merchandising projects. Furthermore, the manager will provide valuable insights by staying informed about emerging technologies, gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and submitting competitive insights to leadership with actionable recommendations. Implementing and maintaining Samsung merchandising displays across the market with precision and timeliness, ensuring seamless collaboration with retail partners, and proactively communicating merchandising challenges and opportunities are also key aspects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacy
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
  • Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
  • Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home
  • May be required to lift, carry, and move objects, such as boxes, equipment, and furniture
  • May be required to push and pull objects, such as carts and pallets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and ability to consistently showcase poise and professionalism
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, retail team environment
  • Flexibility in schedule to work weekend or non-standard shifts

  • Submit insightful competitive insights to leadership, providing actionable recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Implement and maintain Samsung merchandising displays across the market
