About The Position

This role is responsible for various sampling support functions including autoclave, press, and shipping operations. The operator will ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards. This position also involves maintaining inventory flow, assembling/processing orders, record keeping, and ensuring a clean and orderly work environment. The operator will perform detailed quality checks and report any nonconformance issues.

Requirements

Proficiency in reading and understanding writing instructions.
Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to budgets, and deliver quality workmanship.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Capability to set up and change tools as required.
Basic knowledge of machining processes.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship orders on a timely manner.
Follow schedule and prioritize workflow to optimize efficiency.
Responsible for processing samples i.e., shipping, press, and or autoclave.
Responsible for meeting quality and productivity standards within autoclave, press, and or shipping.
Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
Assume responsibility for performing assigned Sampling support functions i.e., autoclave, press, and or Shipping.
Maintain the flow of inventory items into the warehouse.
Maintain flow of assembling/processing orders.
Record keeping, in terms of productivity/quality tracking.
Maintain general cleanliness/order.
Detailed quality checks for products in process.
Assume responsibility for effectively reporting (or properly referring to the correct person) all nonconformance issues.
