About The Position

This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and on time. The operator will follow schedules, prioritize workflow, and process samples through various stages including shipping, press, and autoclave. Key responsibilities include meeting quality and productivity standards, completing special projects, and maintaining inventory flow. The position also involves detailed quality checks, reporting non-conformance issues, and maintaining general cleanliness and order within the work area.

Requirements

Proficiency in reading and understanding writing instructions.
Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to budgets, and deliver quality workmanship.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Capability to set up and change tools as required.
Basic knowledge of machining processes.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship orders on a timely manner.
Follow schedule and prioritize workflow to optimize efficiency.
Process samples (shipping, press, and/or autoclave).
Meet quality and productivity standards within autoclave, press, and/or shipping.
Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments.
Perform assigned Sampling support functions (autoclave, press, and/or Shipping).
Maintain the flow of inventory items into the warehouse.
Maintain flow of assembling/processing orders.
Record keeping for productivity/quality tracking.
Maintain general cleanliness/order.
Perform detailed quality checks for products in process.
Effectively report (or properly refer to the correct person) all non-conformance issues.
