About The Position

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is a highly respected company in the luxury home furnishings market, dedicated to creating and marketing unique products for an elite clientele. The company is seeking a Sampling & Fulfillment Supervisor for its Dallas location. This role involves managing a team, ensuring timely project completion, meeting key performance indicators, maintaining quality, and overseeing various operational aspects of sample fulfillment.

Requirements

• College Degree (BA/BS)
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
• 3-5 years in a position of departmental leadership (ideally in a Pick Pack operation)
• Experience in identifying, developing, and managing Talent
• Strong Interpersonal Skills – Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
• Solid Computer Skills including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Manage Sample Fulfillment Team.
• Ensure On-Time Project Completion.
• Meet fulfillment cycle time KPIs.
• Maintain Quality Assurance.
• Ensure Worker Safety and Adherence to Company Policies.
• Replenish all supplies needed to maintain Fulfillment stock.
• Receive and Store all Sample Products from the Mexico facility.
• Oversee Seasonal Distribution to all Showrooms and Sales Representatives for new product lines.
• Bi-Weekly Analysis of all trim products and place PO’s for reorders.
• Develop efficient and timely communication with the Sampling Production Department in Mexico and other internal departments (Customer Service, Product Development, Operations, Sales Force, Shipping).
• Determine the most effective use of the existing ERP (Navision) to complete departmental goals and contain costs.
• Oversee daily adjustments to Sampling inventory.
• Develop, track, and report on Departmental Metrics demonstrating a focus on continuous improvement.
