About The Position

The Samples Fulfillment Specialist manages the end-to-end fulfillment process, including delivery processing, accurate picking and packaging, and quality verification of team-picked orders. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment to meet critical shipping deadlines.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, stage, and process customer orders with urgency based on priority.
Process orders electronically for company trucks and FedEx.
Inspect material against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and design standards; verify accuracy and condition of orders picked by team members.
Support cycle count process and maintain accurate records for pick sheets and scrap material.
Ensure all workspaces and supplies are restocked and tidy.
Safely operate manual & powered pallet jacks and ladders.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and ethical conduct standards to maintain a culture of compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
