The Sample Solutions Lead is a senior individual contributor role critical to establishing and strengthening connections among our clients, business development team, and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of market research projects. This role is designed to elevate Prodege's client service standards by serving as a strategic bridge across the organization — delivering proactive, consultative recommendations to clients on how to effectively reach their desired audiences through our wide range of sample solutions, while managing the end-to-end execution of custom online market research projects from launch through completion. Operating above the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager level, the ideal candidate is a seasoned online sample expert who can hit the ground running, building long-term client partnerships rooted in trust and deep audience expertise, collaborating across multiple teams and business units, and confidently recommending improvements to processes and procedures — both internally and externally — that drive better outcomes for our clients and our business. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment, and it will involve travel to nurture essential client relationships and ensure successful project execution. Deliver exceptional client service by managing the sample execution of custom online market research projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations Build and sustain long-term client partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of each client's research objectives and business goals. Act as a strategic bridge between clients, business development, operations, and other internal teams and business units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all stakeholders. Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and recommending enhancements to internal and external processes, workflows, and procedures that elevate operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
