This role involves assisting the VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Marketing Assistant with various tasks related to the sample room, including labeling, creating, pulling, and preparing samples for shipment for RJ Schinner Exclusive Brands.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy necessary
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of RJ Branded Sample Kits as directed
- Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping of requested RJ Branded Samples by sales team and customers as requested
- Order inventory necessary for sample kit creation
- Assist with administrative tasks involved with RJ Branded Samples – report building and communication with sales rep/customer as directed
- Daily usage of Microsoft Office computer system to complete tasks may be necessary
- Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing and/or Marketing Lead
