About The Position

RJ Schinner is celebrating 75 years of business and is seeking a Sample Room Coordinator to assist the VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Marketing Assistant. This role involves labeling samples, creating sample kits, pulling samples/kits for orders, and preparing them for shipment. The coordinator will also handle additional tasks related to RJ Schinner Exclusive Brand samples. The company is a distributor of essentials like paper goods, foodservice packaging, and cleaning supplies, with 20 distribution centers across the U.S. and over 600 employees. Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy necessary

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of RJ Branded Sample Kits as directed
• Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping of requested RJ Branded Samples by sales team and customers as requested
• Order inventory necessary for sample kit creation
• Assist with administrative tasks involved with RJ Branded Samples – report building and communication with sales rep/customer as directed
• Daily usage of Microsoft Office computer system to complete tasks may be necessary
• Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing and/or Marketing Lead
