About The Position

The Sample Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operations of the Landscape and Masonry Sample Department through the fulfillment of sample requests, inventory management, shipping coordination, and administrative support. This role serves as a key connection between sales, manufacturing, and branch locations by ensuring sample requests are processed accurately, communicated effectively, and delivered on time. This position combines office-based coordination with hands-on warehouse responsibilities to maintain efficient day-to-day operations while providing exceptional support to internal customers.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, Branch locations, and sales representatives.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Comfortable shifting between administrative duties and hands-on warehouse tasks throughout the day while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently while exercising sound judgment and managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, customer service, manufacturing, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Experience with Inventory software or shipping software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill daily sample requests by picking, assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accurate, quality and timely order fulfillment in accordance with department standards.
  • Coordinate packages and LTL shipments, including scheduling freight pickups and preparing shipping documents.
  • Communicate order status, shipping updates, and sample request details with sales and internal departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Receive, organize, and restock incoming inventory and sample materials.
  • Build, assemble, and maintain sample display materials and other sales support items.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet Jacks, and other material handling equipment, in accordance with company safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.
  • Assist with infrequent or special tasks such as literature distribution, trade show preparation, and department projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
