Requirements

1–2 years of experience in the masonry or building materials industry.
Forklift certification (or the ability to become certified).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work overtime during busy seasons.

Responsibilities

Assemble architectural block and WorkRite sample kits for our sales team.
Cut masonry block, prepare face shells, and create sample pieces.
Clean, label, and package samples with attention to detail.
Ship samples and plant materials via UPS.
Communicate with customers to ensure every shipment is accurate and meets expectations.
Track outgoing samples and maintain organized inventory records.
Operate forklifts and wheel loaders as needed (training/certification required).
Assist our Quality Control team in the plant or at customer job sites.
Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
