About The Position

Frontage is a global Contract Research Company (CRO) with the head office located in Exton, Pennsylvania, USA. Frontage has 25 sites across USA, Canada, China and Italy. The Canadian operations include two sites – one located in Vancouver and the other based in Toronto. Frontage Vancouver (formerly BRI) has been in operation for more than 25 years with service offerings in regulated and non-regulated bioanalytical (various platforms including LC/MS/MS and MSD for small and large molecules analyses), In-vitro / In-vivo Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics and pharmacology. The Frontage Vancouver operation is projected to grow significantly in the next few years, especially to meet the demands of biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the Pacific Northwest region. Our facility is accredited by AAALAC and conforms to GLP standards. Currently, we are seeking highly motivated team players to join Frontage organization in various roles. This position requires excellent oral, written communication, and strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma and associate degree is preferred
  • Experience in pharmaceutical contract research and GLP compliance knowledge is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Archiving study and non-study related data in electronic and printed form
  • Retrieval of archived material
  • Maintain vendor/supplier qualification program
  • Maintain all documentation to ensure the GLP requirements are met
  • Ensure all supplies are ordered in a timely manner
  • Manage chemical, biological materials, consumables, and supplies inventory to maintain stock.
  • Performs physical inventories and maintains the appropriate records.
  • Receive ordered materials and other shipments
  • Receive and log in all sample submissions
  • Release/ship material to appropriate clients or suppliers
  • Maintain storage area in a clean and organized manner
  • Help with general facility maintenance as needed
  • Other tasks as required
