About The Position

We are seeking a Sample Coning Operator in Reidsville, NC! This role involves operating machines to produce textile samples, requiring attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality results. The operator will support shift and department goals and objectives, and participate in safety processes and initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to read
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend frequently
• Hand and finger dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (occasionally)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Understanding of production procedures within a manufacturing setting.
• Must have strong attention to detail and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous textile operator experience is a plus, but is not required (training is provided)
• 2 years previous textile machine operating experience is preferred, but not required (training is provided).
