About The Position

We are seeking a Sample Coning Operator in Reidsville, NC! This role involves operating machines as a textile operator to produce samples. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate results with good quality. The operator will support shift and department goals and objectives, and participate in and support safety processes and initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to read
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend frequently
• Hand and finger dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (occasionally)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Understanding of production procedures within a manufacturing setting.
• Must have strong attention to detail and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous textile operator experience is a plus, but is not required (training is provided)
• 2 years previous textile machine operating experience is preferred, but not required (training is provided).
