Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous

Responsibilities

Accurately select glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing.
Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet the required specifications before dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
