About The Position

The Sample Associate supports the day-to-day operation of FOH’s Sample Warehouse as part of the Distribution Center team. The role ensures samples are organized, accurate, and ready to represent FOH products. Responsibilities include preparing outbound sample orders, receiving and stocking inventory, completing cycle counts and inventory transfers, and maintaining accurate product locations. The associate works with the Sample, Warehouse, and Sales & Customer Service teams to complete sample requests efficiently and ensure products meet FOH standards. This hands-on role offers experience in warehouse operations, inventory, and systems within a collaborative, fast-paced team. This is a permanent, full-time, hourly, non-exempt position starting at $16.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The position is based in a warehouse environment at FOH’s Distribution Center in Miami, Florida.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, quality-control, or related environment.
Experience with a Warehouse Management System, SAP B1, and handheld devices.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and Outlook.
Familiarity with WMS and SAP Business One.
Ability to follow direction and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Complete sample activities for outbound orders and respond to the Sales Customer Service team in a timely manner.
Complete daily Sample Warehouse bin replacements and assigned cycle counts.
Transfer inspected inventory to its corresponding Sample Warehouse bin daily or as needed.
Assist the Sample Sr. Specialist with barcode printing and product inspection as needed.
Return unused items to assigned bins and complete the transfer in SAP.
Receive sample inventory from factories and stock it in assigned bins.
Assist pickers in locating products in the Sample Warehouse.
Inform managers when products frequently fail to meet minimum Sample Warehouse standards.
Repack and process production orders to convert them into -SPL.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in assigned aisles or areas.
Assist with container offloading and other warehouse duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Support department teamwork through strong time and attendance, especially during month-end.
Record daily time punches and approve accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records.
Participate in one-on-one and group meetings.
Promote FOH culture in all interactions.
