About The Position

We are looking for great coaches to add to our growing team! Our Sama coaches are a select community of experienced, trusted professionals. We partner with high-quality, credentialed coaches to help our clients achieve results. While we welcome applications from coaches in all regions, we are not actively recruiting across all markets at this time. Our immediate priority is for coaches who are bilingual in French and English, particularly those based in North America. Qualified applicants who meet this criteria will be prioritised. In addition to aligning with Sama's mission and values, Sama Coaches need to meet the following minimum requirements: Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation, 3+ years of professional coaching experience (after completing training), including work with corporate clients, and 10+ years of professional experience. We deal with the business side, enabling our coaches to focus on the craft of coaching. We’re committed to helping each other, businesses and employees on a shared mission: to elevate engagement to make the world a better place. Sama coaches decide how much time they want to contribute to the platform, allowing total control of their schedule. We care about our coaches and want them to feel as empowered and engaged as the people they coach.

Requirements

Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation
3+ years of professional coaching experience (after completing training), including work with corporate clients
10+ years of professional experience
