It also involves advising clients on best practices, driving continuous improvement of SAM processes, and providing ongoing operational support, often leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow ITSM. Strong communication skills and multilingual proficiency (English plus Spanish or Portuguese) are critical to enable effective client engagement.
