We are seeking a Sam's Club Team Leader to achieve volume and KPI objectives through successful sell-in and execution of sales controllables for a significant portion of the BCH business. This role involves owning key sales processes and deliverables within an assigned portfolio, leading business-planning sessions with cross-functional teams, and executing selling presentations. The Team Leader will cultivate relationships across various levels within the customer organization, manage monthly forecasting to ensure supply metrics are met, and oversee trade budget management and deduction resolution while adhering to compliance and audit requirements. Additionally, the role involves auditing retail execution, providing direction to third-party vendors, collaborating with the customer marketing team to develop tailored marketing programs, and developing new item sales plans. The Team Leader will ensure timely and accurate data analysis, align customer-specific marketing strategies with national priorities, maintain market awareness through customer contact and market trips, manage the allocation of customer display units, and represent the 'voice of the customer' within Bayer to drive profitable results and highlight critical customer issues.
