  • Category Management and/or CPG Sales experience (2+ years)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify marketplace opportunities which lead to category growth
  • Build the strategic vision and priorities for the everyday take-home and instant consumable segments.
  • Leverage analytical tools such as Space Planning, MasterCard APT, Alteryx, Power BI, and more
  • Develop and manage projects that create the future of the category, including macro-space planning, fixture innovations, feature implementations, merchandising standards and beyond
  • Develop modular/merchandising strategies and ensure timely and accurate execution of relays
  • Merge physical and digital strategies to ensure consistency in category execution across all fulfillment models
  • Synthesize actionable insights using retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, and member insights
  • Grow connectivity with Sam’s Club and identify new contacts to extend reach and capabilities
  • Establish yourself as the leading provider of category strategies and expertise, both to Sam’s Club and within your team
  • Enhance cross-functional capabilities by working alongside counterparts in other areas of our Advisor team
  • Question the status-quo and continually challenge yourself and the team with what is possible
